There will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events in one of our office sites. This is anticipated to be quarterly in Glasgow.

As a Business Manager, you’ll contribute to the team's financial performance and achievement of its overall business objectives. It’ll be your responsibility to develop strong relationships with new customers through focussed conversations, once they have been onboarded. By solving complex queries in a timely fashion, you’ll delightfully surprise our customers, whilst delivering effective relationship management to ensure consistency across all activities. You’ll drive customer retention through thoughtful, robust and focussed conversations. You’ll need to ensure that you’re delivering a heartfelt service throughout, developing measures to track how you do this. Additionally, you’ll need to have excellent attention to detail and be able to take care of data quality, lending, and risk measurements.

We need you to have:

  • Knowledge of Business Banking and our business products and services
  • A passion for going above and beyond to ensure our customers are happier about their money
  • Relationship building experience, including managing difficult conversations
  • Knowledge of Business Banking policies and procedures
  • A real eye for detail with plenty of experience delivering workloads to tight timescales
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, time critical environment
  • The ability to manage and prioritise your own workload
