We’re seeking an accomplished Senior Manager – Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Agentic Literacy to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide literacy programs that transform how our organisation understands and uses data, AI, and agentic systems. You will embed a culture of data fluency by delivering targeted, engaging, and role-relevant learning experiences that enable employees to understand, interpret, and apply data, analytics, and AI effectively in their roles.

What you’ll be doing
- You’ll shape and execute the organisation’s Data, AI, and Agentic Literacy strategy, ensuring it drives business priorities and future readiness.
- Your focus will be on influencing senior leaders, embedding literacy into strategic initiatives, and creating scalable programs that enable confident, ethical use of data and AI.
- You’ll measure impact through adoption and KPIs, positioning literacy as a key enabler of transformation.
About you
- A proven track record of leading enterprise-wide data literacy initiatives from strategy through to execution, delivering measurable cultural and capability shifts.
- The ability to design and scale programs embedding data fluency, AI understanding, and agentic workflows across diverse roles and functions.
- Expert stakeholder influence skills, including engaging C-suite and ExCo to secure sponsorship and align programs with strategic priorities.
- Experience driving organisational change, embedding new ways of working and fostering confidence in data-driven decision-making.
- Hands-on delivery of role-relevant learning experiences ensuring adoption across technical teams, business units, and leadership groups.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to translate complex data and AI concepts into compelling narratives that inspire action.
- A deep understanding of data literacy principles and best practices, applied in real-world contexts to address diverse data personas and needs.
