As we evolve our 1-1 member marketing communications, we have increasing demands for high quality and timely campaign performance and analysis to help understand what has worked, what didn’t work and what we would recommend moving forward. We have an exciting Senior Analyst role in our Marketing Analytics, Effectiveness & Brand Performance Team to focus on Campaign measurement and analytics: enabling best in class performance analytics via interactive visual reporting in order to meet stakeholder requirement and drive insight action.
Reporting into the Effectiveness Manager, you’ll be working in a busy, fast-paced team supporting colleagues to focus on delivering a varied marketing plan and evolve our approach to planning and in particular our measuring and performance capabilities. Marketing Analytics, Effectiveness & Brand Performance work alongside the Member Marketing Communications, Planning & Partnering and Database Marketing Teams and our purpose is to support the ongoing engagement with our 16 million members, driving short term action and longer-term brand awareness and consideration. This is an exciting role which will enable you to be a driver in campaign performance and personalised communications.

You’ll be working closely with the rest of the Personalisation & Performance Marketing Team to provide analysis and reporting on the performance of our 1-1 member campaigns and entire suite of marketing activity.
We’re looking for someone with the following skills, experience and knowledge:
- Able to provide insight and reporting using visualization tools including PowerBI.
- Experience of developing business solutions and insight using advanced data analytics.
- Experience in Marketing analytics especially campaign measurement and reporting.
- Experience of developing improvements and simplification to processes.
- Experience of using SAS/SQL/Power Query and Excel is essential.
- Excellent communication, presentation/visualization, and story-telling skills.
- Ability to work well within a hybrid team environment and build effective relationships.
- Excellent planning and time management skills.
- A self-starter who can work within tight deadlines whilst also maintaining high standards, attention to detail and ensure timely delivery of multiple pieces of work.
- A high level of numeracy and critical thinking: you can quickly assess campaign results and work with stakeholders to drive forward recommendations.
