We’re searching for an individual who loves to cheer on their team and help them to perform, to grow and to reach their potential. We are looking for a Deputy Branch Manager for our branch in Paisley, Renfrewshire. This role is a permanent position, working full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday. We`re looking for someone who will work closely with the Branch Manager to deliver special moments for our customers. People love the personalised and tailored service they receive from us, and when they step into one of our branches, you’ll be responsible for making sure that their experience exceeds all expectations each and every time!

Responsibilities:

  • You’ll need to be a team player with the ability to work closely with all your branch colleagues.
  • Day-to-day, you’ll be supporting and working alongside your Cluster/Branch Manager to ensure the smooth running of the branch and helping to achieve the best outcomes for both our customers and your team.
  • Acting as a role model, most of your time will be spent on the shop floor, where you will inspire and motivate your team to provide an excellent service.
  • You’ll be investing time in coaching and developing your team to a high standard.
  • This role will require working with a high level of autonomy and you’ll be juggling several different priorities at any one time.

About you:

  • Strong team management and leadership capabilities that will shine through and motivate the team around you.
  • Proven success in a Retail branch environment with the ability to work and deliver results in line with expectations.
  • A clear and methodical approach, dealing well with complex issues.
  • A sound knowledge of bank policies and procedures, and a good understanding of our range of products/services.
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
