Job description

We\’re looking for a driven Paid Digital Marketing Executive, to join our passionate Paid Digital Team. This is a key role where you\’ll take ownership of our affiliate marketing channel, working closely with our media agency and internal teams to drive performance. From nurturing existing affiliate partnerships to identifying new opportunities for growth, you\’ll be at the heart of our paid acquisition strategy.

You\’ll work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to deliver the annual plans and manage performance, ensuring KPIs and ROI targets are met. You\’ll lead on forecasting, budget and spend management, ensuring all acquisition is cost efficient.

Alongside management of our affiliate marketing channels, you\’ll also play an active role in supporting the wider team across other paid channels include paid search (PPC).

What you\’ll be doing

In this role, you\’ll be responsible for the day-to-day performance of the affiliate marketing channel, ensuring KPIs and ROI targets are met. Using your stakeholder management and influencing skills, you\’ll build strong relationships with our affiliate partners and media agency, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

You\’ll have an eye for detail and be able to pull together reports and performance updates, as well being able to identify new opportunities for growth and see those ideas through to implementation. You\’ll lead on forecasting, budget and spend management, and ensuring affiliates are paid in a timely manner.

You will play a key role within the wider Paid Digital team by supporting with reporting and assisting with the management of other paid channels including PPC where required.

About you

We\’re looking for someone who has/is:

  • Experience in digital marketing, with previous exposure to managing affiliate partnerships highly desirable
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills, with the ability to manage performance against KPIs and spot opportunities for growth
  • Confident in analysing and interpreting data to identify trends and opportunities and pull together performance reports and charts
  • Skilled at managing and influencing both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Highly organised, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A self-starter and highly motivated
