We are happy to consider flexible working approaches to help you perform at your best.

At Nationwide, we offer hybrid working wherever possible. You can also find out more about our approach to hybrid working here.

Nationwide is committed to the redeployment of our employees impacted by change, as such applications for redeployment candidates will be prioritised in this recruitment process.

Crucially, you'll be tasked with optimising data pipelines to enhance the performance of reporting tools and dashboards.

Automation will be a key focus, as you'll leverage your expertise to automate routine data processes, reducing manual effort and enhancing overall efficiency. Ensuring data security and compliance standards are upheld is paramount, guaranteeing that data is handled securely and in alignment with relevant regulations. You'll also be responsible for maintaining comprehensive documentation across all development efforts, facilitating knowledge transfer, making easier the onboarding process for new team members
