b Overview /b p In this Local Business Manager role, you’ll be the local face of Nationwide’s Business Banking, building trusted relationships with business customers and community networks to identify and progress opportunities. You’ll own the customer journey from onboarding to ongoing servicing, balancing needs with risk guidelines and escalating where needed. You’ll support branch colleagues and connect customers with specialist teams to help them start, run and grow their business.
