As a Senior Product Analyst within the Transactional Products team, you’ll play a key role in managing our products and supporting the development of new propositions that put customers first. Working end to end across product design, delivery and performance, you’ll help us attract and retain business customers by delivering simple, rewarding and competitive banking propositions that meet the evolving needs of UK businesses.
With a curious mindset, you will proactively use your data and analytical skills to interrogate data to drive insight and actions, gaining an in-depth understanding of how our products are performing and customer behaviours, supporting the development and enhancement of our products and propositions.
The Business Transactional Products team is responsible for the strategic vision, ongoing evolution and commercial performance of our Business Current Account and Business Credit Card products and propositions. We operate on an end-to-end model, covering proposition design and development, product management and manage the trading and performance of our products.
As a Senior Product Analyst, you will take a leading role in performing analysis to better understand our products, performance, and customers. This will in turn drive data-led decision making, which will feed directly into how we develop, manage, and improve products across our range to meet the needs of UK businesses. You will support the management of our Transactional Products through their lifecycle, delivering strong customer outcomes which support Nationwide’s ambitious growth plans.
Working closely with teams across Group Business Banking and beyond, your work will have a direct impact on how businesses join, use and value Nationwide for their everyday banking, supporting both improved customer experience and sustainable commercial performance.

This is anticipated to be weekly in Glasgow or Edinburgh.

Responsibilities:
- As a Senior Product Analyst within our Transactional Products team, you’ll take a leading role in performing analysis and providing insight on the performance of our products and behaviours of our customers, enabling us to understand and optimise our product portfolio, driving commercial performance and delivering strong customer outcomes.
- You will work closely with Product Managers across the team to provide analytical support, contributing to the management of existing products and supporting the development of new propositions, using insight to drive product and customer journey enhancements.
- You will proactively interrogate our data, perform analysis and drive insight, informing decisions across our portfolio of Transactional Products, supporting Product Managers with initiatives that deliver enhancements for our customers.
- You will also support the product review cycle, ensuring our products are safe, compliant and adhere to policy, preventing potential customer harm and providing fair value to customers in line with our obligations under the Consumer Duty.
