Nationwide Building Society is seeking a senior leader to head Operational Risk oversight of Payments, collaborating with risk disciplines to ensure safe, resilient and compliant payment services.

You will lead a small team, challenge first line, horizon scan regulatory changes, and report to Director of Operational Risk and risk committees.

Hybrid working across UK offices with optional home working. Experience in payments risk, strong leadership, and ability to engage with Director level.
