If your application is successful, your hiring manager will provide further details on how this works. You can also find out more about our approach to hybrid working here.

You’ll be employed by Nationwide from day one, delivering real impact and benefitting from a highly competitive range of benefits. We’re a workplace where you’re rewarded, recognised and celebrated. By building colleague capability in a changing environment, you’ll support transformation and ultimately help the business grow by equipping colleagues with the skills and confidence they need to do their job. You’ll be designing and delivering high‑quality learning experiences, making effective use of learning management systems and digital tools to create engaging, accessible content for diverse audiences.

It will be your responsibility to develop and maintain regulatory, role‑specific training, ensuring colleagues meet required standards and helping to safeguard our customers, colleagues, and business. You’ll also act as a trusted learning expert, providing clear, credible guidance to leaders at all levels on learning approaches that enhance capability and improve performance whilst working closely with senior and mid‑level stakeholders and subject matter experts to influence priorities and deliver solutions that meaningfully uplift people performance and support positive Culture Survey outcomes.
