For this job you'll be located at our Glasgow hub. There will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events, this is anticipated to be weekly in Glasgow. Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing

You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for both prospective and existing customers, handling a wide range of administrative tasks while delivering a simply brilliant experience. You’ll need to consistently provide professional and personable customer service, taking full ownership of queries and requests, and actively contributing to the team’s overall business objectives. Your role will involve ensuring the highest standards of service quality, developing measures to continually assess and enhance the client experience, and maintaining exceptional levels of data accuracy. You will also need to ensure full adherence to all policies, procedures, and FCA banking regulations. While capable of working independently, you will also be an effective team player with a positive, can‑do attitude.


About you

As a minimum requirement, you’ll have/be:

  • A genuine passion for customer service, and willingness to go the extra mile, to ensure a positive outcome
  • Comfortable phoning customers to provide a simply brilliant experience
  • Previous experience of building successful relationships both internally and externally via various communication methods
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Good time management, ensuring all tasks are complete within required timescales
  • A superb eye for detail to ensure the accurate and timely completion of tasks
  • A high-level awareness of money laundering, risk assessment and risk management of policies and procedures
