Join Nationwide’s Core Banking Engineering team as a Lead Engineer with deep expertise in the SAP Fioneer Banking ecosystem, especially in Banking Webservices and Product Functional skills. Nationwide is consolidating systems into a unified SAP-based ecosystem while modernising to SAP S/4 Transactional Banking. You’ll lead a diverse engineering team focused on simplifying and reimagining the core banking technology landscape to deliver new products at speed.

- Architectural Visionary: Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.
- Problem-Solving Pro: Capable of breaking down complex challenges into smart, scalable solutions.
