The Role

As a Service Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our field engineering teams and customers, ensuring work is scheduled efficiently, jobs progress smoothly, and customer expectations are met.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Answering inbound calls from customers and clients
• Raising and scheduling service and maintenance jobs
• Raising purchase orders and ordering parts following quote approvals
• Liaising with customers and site contacts regarding access and availability
• Arranging engineers and subcontractors to attend works
• Raising permits for sites where required
• Updating customer portals and internal systems
• Monitoring jobs to ensure KPI targets are achieved
• Checking job costings before submission for invoicingProviding excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships

What We're Looking For

• Previous Customer Service experience
• Experience using scheduling or booking software
• Good organisational and administrative abilities
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience working across multiple systems and platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Able to commute to our Edenbridge office
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience working within an engineering, facilities management or HVAC environment
• Experience coordinating mobile engineers or subcontractors
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

What You'll Receive

• Salary up to £28,000 depending on experience
• Monday to Friday working pattern
• 08:00 - 16:00 or
• 09:0~- 17:00
