We are looking for a Service Manager - Quality Assurance. The role is to lead and oversee quality assurance activity within children’s social care including monthly practice audits, thematic audits, identifying key learning and facilitating forums for closing the loop to ensure that learning is applied to practice. The role will also be key in supporting preparation for Ofsted inspection and monitor visits. In addition, this role will add capacity for driving forward practice improvements needed within the broader Quality Assurance service.
