Responsibilities

We provide support for young people who are 16 and over. They are self‑sufficient but may need help with shopping, cooking, and spending time with staff. Staff conduct three welfare checks per shift, either in person or by phone, and record when they have seen a young person, what they have done today and what support was offered.
We do not get into conflict with the young people; a lone‑worker device is provided. A full induction will be given to the staff, and they are there as support if needed.
