Responsibilities:
- To carry out social work tasks related to assessments, care planning, and the development of support packages in order to promote the welfare of children.
- To undertake initial and core assessments in compliance with the Assessment Framework.
- To develop care plans and support packages.
- To undertake statutory duties in respect of children looked after.
- To undertake duties in respect of children on a Care and Support Protection Plan.
- To undertake duties in respect of other children on Care and Support Plan.
- To undertake care proceedings.
- To input data onto Care First.
- To undertake any other tasks as required.
- To work within the Wales Safeguarding Procedures and Pembrokeshire Child Care Procedures.
