Role Overview
Act as a senior member of the Compliance and Enforcement Team providing maternity cover. Support delivery of effective compliance and enforcement service covering all types of unauthorised developments under the Planning Acts and ensure development is carried out in accordance with approved plans. Manage complex compliance and enforcement investigations into reported breaches of planning control and related appeal work arising from enforcement action.
Responsibilities

- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
- Maintain accurate records and produce case reports.
