Job description
- Day shifts – to provide care and support to adults with a learning disability and/or Autism living in their own home, support with personal care to include washing/dressing/meals/medication.
- To provide support to access health care appointments, education, work or voluntary placements.
- To provide support to maintain and attend community activities.
- To provide support to maintain and build new social circles.
Night support
- To undertake regular checks/support through the night in line with the person's care plan.
- Night support is provided for females who may require support with personal care through the night; the females like to be supported with personal care by female staff only.
