We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Talent Acquisition Specialist to help deliver our exciting and ambitious commercial plans for our future. We’re aiming to more than double the size of our food and beverage business by 2025 by investing in the development of our people, creating new food offers that appeal to our 26 million visitors each year and improving the environments we serve food in.

As a lead on the end to end recruitment of all food & beverage roles for your region you’ll work closely with both internal clients and candidates on a daily basis. You’ll partner the Head of Food & Beverage providing useful insight on trends that enables decision making across the discipline. You’ll provide specialist advice and support on all elements of the recruitment cycle of food & beverage roles across London & the South East.

You’ll manage your portfolio of clients and food & beverage vacancies from start to finish including sourcing, pre-qualifying candidates, attending interview/assessment days, managing the onboarding process and monitoring the retention rates. You’ll be tasked with building the capability and confidence of our hiring managers to ensure they are making the right recruitment interventions at the right time.

Working alongside the Resourcing Specialist for LSE you’ll understand how to leverage our employment brand, and develop innovative approaches, to attract talent in a creative and cost effective way. As an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist you’ll have a strong understanding of how important recruitment interventions are.

  • Extensive experience of end to end recruitment of hospitality roles or strong evidence you can quickly adapt to new sectors
  • Proven experience of analysis of recruitment trends and providing meaningful findings to influence senior decision making
