About the role

As Retail Team Leader, you will support the Retail Manager by leading and inspiring the sales team in the day-to-day running of our Museum Stores. You will prioritize exemplary customer experiences, elevate sales effectiveness, and aid in revenue development. With an emphasis on visual merchandising, you will ensure that our retail locations are maintained to the highest standards, contributing to a captivating and memorable experience for all visitors.

About you
