Development Operations Manager (29.6 hours per week)

We currently have the post of Development Operations Manager available. Reporting to the Head of Development, the Development Operations Manager plays a key role in driving the strategy, execution, and coordination of NML\’s development operations. This position is responsible for managing the fundraising CRM, overseeing platform administration, and ensuring accurate gift entry, all while maintaining adherence to established processes and standards. This is a tactical, detail-oriented role focused on the day-to-day operations of the Development team, with a strong emphasis on data integrity, reporting, gift processing, and CRM maintenance. The ideal candidate will be a highly capable and results-driven professional who supports the Development team\’s operational effectiveness and contributes to the organisation\’s growing momentum. They will bring exceptional skills in data oversight and process development, and work collaboratively with the Head of Development to help meet the financial goals aligned with NML\’s strategic vision.
