Role Overview: You will work with young adults who have complex needs, supporting them to reach their goals and increase independence. This role involves planning daily tasks, assisting with personal care, cooking, cleaning, errands and outings.

Responsibilities:

  • Build positive relationships by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions with individuals.
  • Help plan and execute daily tasks and practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
  • Assist with personal care, including support with eating and administering medication.
  • Plan and participate in outings and day-out events.
  • Support individuals to become more independent wherever possible.
