We are recruiting a Bank Support Worker to join our team at National Neurological Services – Rochdale. The role supports people with Acquired Brain Injuries and other neurological conditions during rehabilitation, helping them regain independence.
Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions together.
- Help plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
- Assist with personal care, including eating support and medication administration.
- Plan and participate in days out and other activities the residents wish to enjoy.
- Support individuals to become as independent as possible.
