We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker – Nights to join our team at National Neurological Services – Morecambe. At National Neurological Services we support people with acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions in their rehabilitation, helping them achieve independence and return home.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build positive relationships with individuals by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions together.
- Help plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
- Assist with personal care, including support with eating and administering medication.
- Plan and participate in any days out they wish to enjoy.
- Make a positive impact by supporting increased independence where possible.
