PAY RATE: £12.71 PER HOUR / £26,436.80 ANNUALLY (BASED ON 40 HOURS PER WEEK)

SERVICE: JAMESON’S SUPPORTED LIVING – FOOTS FARM LANE

We are currently recruiting for support workers to join our team in a brand new service! Foots Farm Lane is due to open in June 2026 and is based in Clacton On Sea. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the journey!

Jameson’s Supported Living (part of National Care Group) supports individuals (18+) with complex and enduring mental health needs in & around Colchester. Foots Farm Lane includes two bungalows and will provide spacious shared supported living accommodation for up to 5 people. We are currently looking for females to join our team due to the people we will be supporting at this time.

  • You will help to plan their daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
  • You will assist with personal care, which may include support with eating and administering medication.

  • You will make a positive impact on someone’s life by supporting them to become more independent wherever possible.
