Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with residents, listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions together.
- Plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning, and running errands.
- Assist with personal care, including eating support and medication administration.
- Help plan and participate in days out or activities residents wish to enjoy.
