We are looking for a strategic and impactful creative educational leader to join our senior management team and lead our Auditions and Courses department. This role leads the strategic vision and delivery for the recruitment of young people into Britain's leading youth arts charity, as well as our programme of sought-after courses across the UK.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of creating significant impact in a youth arts setting and share our charity's passion for discovering and nurturing young talent with care, at scale, and to an exceptional industry standard.

Contract: Permanent, full time – please note that this role requires a full commitment over the summer and school holiday periods in line with peak delivery of the NYT courses programmes.

Salary: £50,000–£55,000 per annum

Location: National Youth Theatre 443–445 Holloway Road N7 6LW, London
