We are looking for driven, commercially minded sales professionals to grow digital and print revenues across some of Scotland’s most influential and trusted media brands – including The Scotsman, Edinburgh Evening News and GlasgowWorld.com.
This is a multi-platform role where you’ll help businesses connect with audiences through powerful digital advertising solutions, supported by the reach, trust and heritage of established news brands. You’ll develop long-term client relationships and identify new opportunities, working consultatively to deliver campaigns that perform.
In this role, you will take the lead in building and managing strong relationships with both new and existing clients across a range of sectors. You will develop digital-first advertising solutions that deliver measurable results through formats such as display, video, branded content and audience targeting – complemented by the heritage and reach of our established print titles. Using audience insights and campaign performance data, you will demonstrate the value of our platforms and help clients achieve tangible growth.
As part of your day-to-day work, you will manage your own sales pipeline, maintain consistent levels of activity, and deliver against clear revenue targets. Collaboration will be key – you will work closely with editorial, digital and marketing teams to create effective, integrated campaigns that resonate with audiences and perform for clients.
To succeed in this position, you will already have proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within digital media, print media, marketing or advertising. You will understand digital advertising formats, metrics and optimisation, and be confident in developing long-term commercial relationships built on trust and results. This is an opportunity to represent some of Scotland’s best-known and most respected media brands, combining the credibility of print with the innovation of digital.
