What You’ll Be Doing

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessing technicians working towards NVQs, focusing on technical proficiency, customer service and compliance with industry standards. Operating within the specified region, the role involves close collaboration with the Regional Director, Branch Managers, and other stakeholders to tailor training to local needs and drive continuous improvement. You will stay current with windscreen technology, conduct assessments, give feedback and maintain accurate training records.

Who We Are Looking For
  • Hold a recognised NVQ Assessor qualification (e.g., Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement) and/or recognised training qualification.
  • Have relevant industry experience and knowledge related to the NVQs being assessed.
  • Be computer literate, well-organised and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adapt to changes in the education and training landscape.
  • Proficient in the use of IT systems and software for assessment and record-keeping.
  • Work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Act as a role model of Cary Group UK’s values.
