What you'll be doing...
- You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessing of technicians working towards NVQ’s, with a focus on technical proficiency, customer service and compliance with industry standards.
- Operating within the specified region the role will involve close collaborations with the Regional Director, Branch Managers, and other stakeholders to tailor training to local needs and drive continuous improvement.
- Staying current with windscreen technology, conducting assessments, giving feedback and maintaining accurate training records.
