Responsibilities- You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessing of technicians working towards NVQs, focusing on technical proficiency, customer service and compliance with industry standards.
- Operating within the specified region, the role involves close collaboration with the Regional Director, Branch Managers, and other stakeholders to tailor training to local needs and drive continuous improvement.
- Staying current with windscreen technology, conducting assessments, giving feedback and maintaining accurate training records.
- Hold a recognised NVQ Assessor qualification (e.g., Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement) and/or recognised training qualification.
- Have relevant industry experience and knowledge related to the NVQs being assessed.
- Be computer literate, well-organised and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adapt to changes in the education and training landscape.
- Proficient in the use of IT systems and software for assessment and record-keeping.
- Work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Act as a role model of Cary Group UK’s values.
