Main purpose of the role

To facilitate the order requirements of Warehouse & Transport Consumables and Warehouse/Transport Uniform Requests. Collation of Sales/Transport figures for KPI’s. Fuel & Insurance administration including Fleet Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collation of Warehouse Stats, Consumable Pricing, Fleet Maintenance & Safety Checks and Fuel Card admin.
  • Collation and Filing of SOP, RA, FRA, and inputting data to ERP.
  • Collating Warehouse Stats to be used as KPI’s.
  • Filing and distribution of RA, SOP and FRA to relevant departmental managers.
  • Fleet Administration including safety checks, fuel cards and insurance requests for new vehicle hires.
  • Weekly material requisitions for both Warehouse and Transport Consumables.
  • Responsible for weekly Consumable stock checks.
  • Data processing of Job Cards and holiday requests.
  • Inputting information onto the ERP system to allow stock traceability.
  • Compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Standard Work Procedures (SWPs).
  • Maintain and update SOPs.
  • Required to take a flexible approach, supporting other teams as necessary.
