The Opportunity
As Hospital Manager, you’ll be a key member of our leadership team, partnering with the Managing DVM to run smooth, profitable operations while fostering a positive hospital culture. Reporting to the Manager of Regional Operations, you’ll lead daily operations, manage costs, drive revenue, and ensure exceptional client service.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Resolve client issues and oversee follow-up communications.
- Partner with the Managing DVM on staffing, training, and performance management.
- Manage hospital operations, including policies, compliance, vendor relationships, and inventory.
- Oversee payroll, budgeting, and financial goals.
- Drive client visits through strategic communications and local marketing.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee experience.
