We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Veterinary Receptionist with prior clinical experience to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing client interactions, scheduling, and front-desk operations with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service as the first point of contact for the clinic
  • Efficiently manage a high-volume appointment schedule, including urgent and same-day bookings
  • Triage incoming calls and prioritize patient needs appropriately
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date medical records
  • Process payments and insurance claims accurately
  • Collaborate closely with veterinarians and technicians to ensure smooth clinic flow

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a veterinary clinic or related experience (required)
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinic procedures
  • Proven ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience with veterinary practice management software is considered an asset

Schedule

  • Part-Time or Full-time schedule available
  • 8-10 hours per shift
