Key Responsibilities
- The installation of racking systems and accessories to commercial vehicles as below:
- racking units
- flooring
- liners
- Basic/advanced electrical components
- roof equipment
- Ensure all quality standards are met
- Ability to work to targets and deadlines
- Adherence to company health & safety procedures
- Lead by example with high performance, adaptability, and professionalism, while confidently handling challenges and presenting information clearly.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships, encourage team participation, and support or coach colleagues.
- Drive continuous improvement by generating new ideas, reviewing processes, and staying updated with industry best practices and legislation.
- Ensure efficiency and accountability through effective use of technology and maintaining momentum in implementing new initiatives.
