As a Dispatch Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of our logistical operations at NVD sites. You’ll be responsible for the seamless flow of vehicle transporters, ensuring every driver is accounted for and every load lane is optimised for maximum efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Gate Management: Efficiently check trucks in and out of NVD sites, verifying documentation and ensuring compliance with site safety protocols.
- Load Lane Coordination: Actively manage and organise load lanes to ensure transporters are positioned correctly for timely departures.
- Driver Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing clear instructions and resolving any immediate logistical hurdles.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate digital and manual logs of vehicle movements and load status.
- Safety Oversight: Ensure all site movement adheres to health and safety regulations, maintaining a secure environment for all personnel.
