Role Summary
The role involves carrying out high-quality vehicle body repairs, including strip and refit, panel replacement, cosmetic and heavy repairs, and welding, to restore vehicles to manufacturer standards. The position requires a skilled and detail-oriented individual with experience in body repair techniques and a strong commitment to quality and excellence. The successful candidate will undertake a variety of repair tasks, including chassis alignment, jig work, dent removal, and the use of specialist tools and equipment such as dent pulling and welding systems. Experience with aluminium, brass, and plastic repair techniques is advantageous, although training will be provided where required.
A positive attitude, determination to complete work to a high standard, and attention to detail are essential. Basic computer literacy and a willingness to learn new technologies and repair methods are also important. A full, clean Class B driving licence is required for this position.

Requirements
- Panel Beater experience in Strip & Refit, Panel Repair and Panel Replacement
- Chassis alignment and Jig work
- Use of dent pulling equipment
- Plastic welding / Glue pulling equipment (training provided)
- Determined to get the job done
- Some computer skills (training provided)
- Attention to detail and an absolute commitment to excellence
- Full clean driving license – Class B.

- Aluminium / Brass welding advantage not necessary
