About The Role

As a valued member of our dynamic fitting team, you’ll play a hands‑on role in converting all types of light commercial vehicles to exact customer specifications. Working with leading brands, each project will differ, whether fitting lightweight racking systems or advanced electrical solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • The installation of racking systems and accessories to commercial vehicles, including racking units, flooring, liners, advanced electrical components, connections, testing, and roof equipment.
  • Ensure all quality standards are met.
  • Work to targets and deadlines.
  • Adhere to company health & safety procedures.
  • The installation of various electrical components including sat navs, cameras, beacons, inverters, parking sensors, etc.
  • Run wiring looms to specification.
  • Fault‑find and maintain quality standards.
  • Lead by example with high performance, commitment, flexibility, and professionalism.
  • Build strong working relationships, promote team participation, and coach colleagues.
  • Communicate requirements clearly, handle difficult situations confidently, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Drive efficiency and improvement by generating new ideas, staying updated with best practices, using technology for tracking, and maintaining momentum on initiatives.

Essential Requirements

  • Full driving licence.
  • Background in auto electrics.
