Alexandra Hospital is seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to support the Talent Acquisition Head in helping the organisation fulfil the ramp up plans over the next few years. This key position will work with the Head to develop plans to ensure timely and effective talent acquisition across the organization and be responsible for the implementation of these plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 8, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Co-develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to meet the organization's hiring needs.
  • Ensure operational excellence in all recruitment processes and procedures.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously improving our recruitment strategies.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders (internal and external) including hiring managers, agencies, educational institutes, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing recruitment teams.
  • Proven track record of fulfilling high acquisition volume.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic hiring plans.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
