Key Stage 2 Teacher Required commencing in Term 2. Are you a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher looking for a teaching opportunity within a supportive and vibrant school community? We are working with an outstanding and high-achieving primary school in Brent that is seeking to appoint a Key Stage 2 Teacher from February 2026 for an upcoming maternity cover.
Responsibilities of this Key Stage 2 Teacher role:
- Stay up to date with educational research and policies through training, workshops, and reading, while actively implementing all school and local authority initiatives.
- Promote a positive school culture by modelling excellent teaching practice, motivating staff, and representing the school in meetings with governors and external networks.
- Plan and deliver a high-quality, inclusive curriculum that challenges all pupils and supports progress in core and non-core subjects.
- Monitor pupil progress closely, using data to identify and implement effective interventions that close learning gaps and raise achievement.
- Collaborate regularly with colleagues and parents to support individual learning needs and communicate curriculum developments.
