We run 185 cafes, tea-rooms and restaurants all over England, Wales and Northern Ireland, and we’d love you to join us. We’re looking for a Senior Food and Beverage Manager to join us at the incredible National Trust property that is Quarry Bank Mill. There is a detailed brief attached to this advert that gives you more insight but this is a prestigious F&B operation that is one of the biggest National Trust Operations in the North West with over 300,000 visitors a year. Quarry Bank Mill has a proud history and is one of the finest examples of a working mill from the heyday of the industrial revolution still in existence. A wonderful property requires a skilled and professional Food and Beverage Manager to continue to grow and develop this amazing operation consisting of 2 cafes, two large function rooms, an Ice Cream parlour and pop up operations. At the busiest time of the year we have 50 team members delivering food and drink so the successful candidate must be a strong organiser and team player with a flexible and focused approach.
