Arnold Laver, part of the National Timber Group, are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Executive to join a busy team based at their Oldbury branch.
The successful candidate will be a customer-focused, confident and enthusiastic individual with good communication skills. Timber knowledge would be advantageous for this role.
Duties will include:
- Speaking to trade, trade cash and public within the sales office environment, efficiently and courteously
- Working pro-actively within the sales team
- Liaising with company management to support and implement growth strategies
- Controlling and maintaining allocated customer accounts
- Increasing the number of trading customer accounts and ensuring that the business grows
- Ensuring that all customers trade within their agreed credit terms and resolving queries in order to ensure prompt payment
- Processing orders accurately
- Answer telephone queries
- Checking goods in and putting stock away
- Keeping the Branch clean and tidy

Working hours, Benefits and Salary:
- Full time position, Monday to Friday.
