We are looking for an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Partner to join the National Theatre's People and Culture team. The EDI Partner plays a key role in embedding equity, diversity, and inclusion across the National Theatre. Working within the People & Culture team, this role supports the development and delivery of cross‑functional EDI programmes and projects that align with the NT’s social purpose and organisational values.
The EDI Partner will collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure inclusive practices are integrated throughout the employee lifecycle—from attraction and recruitment to development and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in delivering EDI programmes within complex organisations.
- In‑depth understanding of inclusive recruitment, organisational development, and legal frameworks that support EDI best practice.
- Experience of using communication and influencing skills across all levels.
- Experience of analysing data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrable experience of being empathetic and showing integrity, and discretion.
