Commercial Operations Sales Coordinator â National Theatre
We are looking for a Commercial Operations Sales Coordinator to join the National Theatre Enterprises Team. As COSC you will play a key role in achieving commercial targets through the implementation of the marketing & sales strategy across a diverse range of products within the Customer Experience and Commercial Operations directorate.
ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities include:
Taking a proactive approach to sales, developing relationships with clients and contributing to maximum customer lifetime value through exceptional service and customer experience.
Exploring new opportunities and supporting colleagues in exceeding customer expectations and delivering financial results through yearâonâyear growth.
Coordinating products and activities, switching seamlessly between projects and contributing to project development alongside core sales and customer experience responsibilities.
Maintaining highâquality experiences, attention to detail and adaptability in a fastâpaced, multidisciplinary environment.
Qualifications
Excellent communication with exemplary sales and influencing skills.
Experience liaising with a variety of clients and customers.
Excellent administrative, planning and organising skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and multiple workstreams.
Experience with financial processes, such as invoices and purchasing.
Experience in event coordination for both inâperson and online events.
