The NATIONAL THEATRE is seeking a Head of Programming to shape and deliver digital content across various platforms, including NT Live and NT Collection. This senior role requires significant experience in theatre programming and a strong track record in managing complex contractual arrangements.

The successful candidate will lead a team of Programming Producers, fostering a collaborative culture while driving audience engagement and commercial performance.
