We are looking for a Commercial Operations Sales Coordinator to join the National Theatre Enterprises Team. As COSC you will play a key role in achieving commercial targets through the implementation of the marketing & sales strategy across a diverse range of products within the Customer Experience and Commercial Operations directorate.

Responsibilities

  • Taking a proactive approach to sales, developing relationships with clients and contributing to maximum customer lifetime value through exceptional service and customer experience.
  • Exploring new opportunities and supporting colleagues in exceeding customer expectations and delivering financial results through year‑on‑year growth.
  • Coordinating products and activities, switching seamlessly between projects and contributing to project development alongside core sales and customer experience responsibilities.
  • Maintaining high‑quality experiences, attention to detail and adaptability in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication with exemplary sales and influencing skills.
  • Experience liaising with a variety of clients and customers.
  • Excellent administrative, planning and organising skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and multiple workstreams.
  • Experience with financial processes, such as invoices and purchasing.
  • Experience in event coordination for both in‑person and online events.
