The Senior Cinema Distribution Manager is responsible for leading NT Live's global cinema sales & distribution strategy, driving revenue growth, audience reach and commercial performance. - Significant experience in theatrical distribution & sales, event cinema or a comparable commercial entertainment sector, with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth and commercial success.
- Strong commercial experience with experience negotiating complex agreements and managing high-value partnerships.
- Experience leading, motivating and developing teams
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors, distributors, industry bodies and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills, with the confidence to represent NT Live externally and internally.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using sales data, forecasting and market insights to inform strategic decision-making.
