The Collaboration Producer will ensure community participation and co-creation is embedded throughout National Theatre Wales’ (NTW) projects and productions. The role involves:

  • Strengthening NTW's relationship with and knowledge of communities, artists, theatre makers, companies, and venues across Cardiff, including finding pathways to our charity through our sector-leading engagement model, TEAM.
  • Working across the Producing and Collaboration departments to pursue creative development and co-creation opportunities.
  • Seeking creative engagement opportunities for participants of all ages around NTW's productions.
  • Supporting NTW's TEAM Panel, a group of up to 15 artists, activists, educators, and community leaders from across Wales whose voices shape every aspect of our work, from the stories we tell and the people we employ to the places in which we create.
  • Opportunities to take part in bespoke skills and professional development training.

Therefore, we look to recruit a candidate based in Cardiff, who has an understanding of the communities of Cardiff.

Term: Full-time, fixed-term position until 28 February 2025.

Salary: £35,000 per annum.
