We are lookingfor a Producing and Planning Coordinator to join the National Theatre'sProducing and Planning team.

Working as part of the Producing and Planning teams, this role supports the team across a variety of tasks including drafting, negotiating and administering contracts for creative teams using existing templates, and working closely with the planning, producing and legal teams.The role will also support all the processes around bringing on board creative team members, as well as supporting financial processes and providing administrative support for the Planning and Producing teams.

The successful candidates will have the following:

  • Experience of drafting and issuing creative/performer contract
  • Experience of negotiating contracts with agents
  • Experience working with artists and creatives
  • An understanding of the theatre making process
  • Excellent administrative experience and organisational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail
