The predicted salary is between 23400 - 28600 £ per year.
We are looking for a Development Events Coordinator to join the National Theatre Development Team. As Development Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for underpinning the work of the Development Events Team through keeping administrative resources up to date, attending cross-departmental meetings, and assisting on the delivery of larger events, as well as delivering some events from a small portfolio.
The successful candidate will have good communication skills and be able to collaborate with internal departments, as well as excellent administrative skills and some experience or interest in event delivery. The successful candidate will have the following:
- Experience working in an administrative role
- A keen interest and some experience of working in events
- Demonstrable experience in fast paced environments which require prioritisation and organisational skills
- Confident communicator comfortable building relationships with people at all levels and directing and briefing colleagues
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook experience, as well as SharePoint and Teams
